With over 10 years’ experience in real estate, Lisa brings to Diploma Property an understanding in apartment sales. In Singapore, Lisa worked with Orange Tee as a residential leasing specialist. At Orange Tee Global Properties, she sourced land subdivision projects and development sites for clients in Asia. She has also worked as a consultant to a land developer, marketing subdivisions. Lisa is a trained accountant and speaks English, Mandarin and Chinese dialect (Hokkien).

Samantha Rigg, Marketing Manager
Samantha has worked in the property industry for 10 years, predominantly in the development and construction of high-rise residential property. Having tertiary qualifications in Business, majoring in marketing, and a Master of Business Administration, Samantha is responsible for the marketing planning and budgeting of Diploma’s project portfolio. Samantha offers Diploma clientele a solid understanding of the industry as well as a plethora of knowledge and experience to successfully market projects within budget parameters.
